1. Our Factory

Sanying Lighting Company Limited, established in 2009, is a professional led mirror manufacturer headquarted in Foshan City, Guangdong Province,China. We are also specialized in producing bathroom led mirror cabinets, led under cabinet lights, and wall lamps. From establishment on, we have been committed to changing people’s lifestyles. We owned ten certified patents in China which can show our great determination and enthusiasm in innovation.  

In 2018, Sanying Lighting Company Limited has expanded its factory size again. Now, the factory area with self-owned building covers about 14,000㎡, where contains 5,000㎡ for production workshops, 6,000㎡ for warehouse, 3,000㎡ for office. Inside also has 40 dormitories which can accommodate 150 employees. We purchase the raw material and produce some of the spare parts and components by ourselves, by which we can save the cost and guarantee the quality. (1) Incoming Quality Control: All of the raw material, including metal, mirror, accessories, etc. will be inspected so as to ensure product quality before storing into the warehouse.

3. Strong Supply Capacity and Quick Delivery

Clear factory partitions ensure high-quality and efficient production. The complete production process includes:

（1）All the raw material are sent to the material stacking area.

（2）Incoming Quality Control: All the raw material will be strictly tested for quality assurance.

（3）All the qualified raw material are sent to the warehouse for storage.

There are seven assembly lines and supporting production lines. With the advanced and efficient production equipments, our well-trained worker teams are able to make quick and on-time delivery, no matter it is in peak season or off season. In addition, we solely engage in export business for which our supply time can reduce by 50%.

The delivery time depends on the specific order quantity.Generally speaking, hundreds of products can be delivered within 4-6 weeks, 20% faster than others.
